Omaha Riverfront Development Associates of Park City, Utah, Noddle Development of Omaha and Broadmoor Development of Omaha have all submitted their ideas and hope to earn the right to build what will become the newest addition to Omaha's riverfront.

Although all three proposals are quite different, any one of them would compliment the area very well.

Noddle Development is offering a plan that could cost up to $24.7 million and is based primarily on office space but could include condominiums.

Once the review committee makes their recommendation to the mayor, a development agreement will be drawn up then the City Council needs to approve it.

The committee's choice is expected to be submitted to Fahey sometime in the next 30 days. OmahaRiverFront.com - An On-Line Resource for River News, Information, Resources, Recreation and Travel
