Riverfront condos will offer breathtaking view

The city council approved construction and finance plans this week for Riverfront Place, a

Garrison Partners' Vice President Andrew Kiener says prospective buyers who go to the website to register will be invited to a pre-grand opening party planned for late October or early November. "We appreciate all the people who have signed up at riverfrontplace.com. Anyone on our list will get a first look at a one-time opportunity to live along Omaha's riverfront." Garrison Partners, a national residential sales and marketing company, expects to open a sales office within blocks of the site this fall. It will offer scale models of the project, interior and exterior virtual tours, and a design center to assist buyers in creating the riverfront home of their dreams.
