combined condominium-townhouse development that will be located south of Gallup University on the riverfront.

A photography team took pictures from a crane this week to check out potential views from 30 feet high, 80 feet high and the 110-foot penthouse level. Innovative floor plan designs promise breathtaking views from all sides.

Riverfront Place will encompass two twelve-story luxury condominium towers framed by contemporary-styled town homes and complimented by a public plaza overlooking the Missouri River. Groundbreaking is planned for Spring 2005 with the first units ready for occupancy in 2006.

approvals from the City of Omaha. Anyone interested in living on Omaha's downtown riverfront will be able to make reservations this fall. The first step is to register at riverfrontplace.com.

Garrison Partners' Vice President Andrew Kiener says prospective buyers who go to the website to register will be invited to a pre-grand opening party planned for late October or early November. "We appreciate all the people who have signed up at riverfrontplace.com. Anyone on our list will get a first look at a one-time opportunity to live along Omaha's riverfront." Garrison Partners, a national residential sales and marketing company, expects to open a sales office within blocks of the site this fall. It will offer scale models of the project, interior and exterior virtual tours, and a design center to assist buyers in creating the riverfront home of their dreams. OmahaRiverFront.com - An On-Line Resource for River News, Information, Resources, Recreation and Travel
