When completed, Castaway Pointe will include 200
boat slips, Riverside Cottages, 1600 to 2500 sq. ft. Dockside Villas with your own private boat dock, 1200 sq.
ft. Luxury Condos and spacious Waterfront Estate homes. In
addition, the development will include a floating restaurant and
tropical pool.The Rensch Group plans to have about 100
of the 200 boat slips ready for this year's boating season. Slips
will range from 10 x 20 ft. uncovered to 16 x 36 ft. covered. Fees

$125,000 to $148,000 depending on location. Lawn and snow removal
is included. Since these will be located below the flood plain,
they will be portable so they can be moved in case of a major
flood.The Dockside Villas will range in price from $275,000 to
$375,000. They will be uniquely crafted ranch and 1 1/2 story
homes built by Brau Builders of Omaha. Condo designs are
still being developed. They are planned to be 2 bedrooms, 2 baths
with an open kitchen area and covered private deck overlooking the
tropical pool. Prices are expected to start around $200,000. Waterfront
Estate homes beginning at $550,000 will be built on 1/2 acre lots
overlooking the river. Each home will be built to strict
architectural approval in order to maintain a continuity of
beachfront design. A monthly association fee for each of the
four developments will include lawn care, snow removal, common
area maintenance and pool membership. Boat slips will be
